Job Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of quality management principles.
Job Description:
• Develop, implement and manage quality control systems designed to ensure consistent and reliable product quality.
• Conduct quality audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Investigate and analyze product defects and customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of quality control procedures and are equipped to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality objectives are met and customer requirements are understood and fulfilled.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest quality management trends and practices, and implement them as appropriate.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control in a fabrication company.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and their implementation.
• Experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment is preferred.
